Dr. Richard J. Mouw received his Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Chicago and studed at Western Theological Seminary. He is an American theologian, philosopher and prolific author who has served as president of Fuller Theological Seminary since 1993 and recently announced his retirement in 2013.
