4th Annual Big Sunday Back-to-School Drive & Community Dinner

 Help Big Sunday send kids back to school in style as we collect, sort and pack all kinds of needed school items for kids at varied low-income schools in LA and Long Beach. The sorting will be followed by a community dinner. Donors and volunteers are needed. Big Sunday, California’s premiere resource for year-round community service and community-building, provides fun, free events for those who have a passion for giving back to people in need within the greater Los Angeles community. The idea behind Big Sunday is that absolutely everyone has some way that they can help somebody else. No matter the scale of Big Sunday’s events, each aids—and brings together—a wide spectrum of individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds working together, including veterans, the homeless, domestic violence victims, at-risk youth, low-income persons, kids with developmental delays, the deaf and hard-of-hearing, food pantries, disadvantaged schools and more.
